Community Workouts
Our community workouts are all about showing up, moving your body, and connecting with others. Bootcamp/Strength Training is at the core of what we do, but we also mix in other workout modalities, meditation, and wellness education on select days. It’s a space to stay active, learn, and feel supported with no pressure, just good energy and real people.
Whether you’re coming to break a sweat or take a breather, you’re always welcome. Here's a list of some of our hottest bootcamp style classes.
Band Camp
Strength, tone, and good vibes no instruments required. This resistance band class uses controlled tension to build full-body strength and mobility. All levels welcome. Let’s stretch, pull, and power through together.
HIIT the Beat
No weights, no equipment just your body and the beat. This music-driven workout blends rhythm, bodyweight strength, and cardio bursts to keep you moving and in sync. Come sweat, vibe, and let the music carry you through every rep.
Zone 40- The Core Four
This 40-minute class hits every layer. 10 minutes of Yoga to wake the body up, 10 minutes of resistance band training for strength, 10 minutes of deep stretching, and 10 minutes of meditation to wind it all down. A full reset in less than an hour. Come as you are.
The Grind
This high-energy class blends cardio drills and bodyweight movement for a full-body burn. Expect to jump, push, squat, and sweat no machines, just you and your drive. All levels can join in and move at their own pace.
